SK «Tandem» at the Urals Federal District Jiu-Jitsu Championship in Yekaterinburg

On November 16, 2025, the Ural Federal District Jiu-Jitsu Championship was held in Yekaterinburg at the Rodina sports and wellness complex. Junior men and women (ages 16–17 and 18–20) and boys and girls (ages 12–13 and 14–15) competed. About 400 athletes took part, representing their regional teams. Teams from the Sverdlovsk, Tyumen, Chelyabinsk, and Kurgan regions, KhMAO, and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug participated. SK «Tandem» (Polevskoy, official SUMA International / ISUMA representative) competed as part of the Sverdlovsk region team — 10 athletes coached by Nikolai Viktorovich Sofronov. SK «Tandem», official SUMA representative — results: • Anastasia Ptukhina — 1st place (fighting), 1st place (ne-waza) • Sofya Koshelenko — 1st place (fighting) • Diana Khismatullina — 2nd place (fighting), 3rd place (ne-waza) • Artyom Kayumov — 3rd place (fighting), 3rd place (ne-waza) • Denis Zhuykov — 3rd place • Ruslan Khanetov — 3rd place Fyodor Chebotaryov, Timofey Malykh, Nikita Borodainenko, and Marufjon Mavlonov also fought well and won bouts but did not reach the semifinals.
