Municipal Polevskoy District Jiu-Jitsu Championship

On May 30, 2026, the Municipal Polevskoy District Jiu-Jitsu Championship was held at the TMK STZ Sports Palace. Boys and girls, male and female youths, and junior men and women took part — 48 athletes in total. Competitors demonstrated skill in three divisions: • fighting — dynamic striking techniques and throws; • ne-waza — ground grappling with emphasis on joint locks and chokes; • no-gi — bouts in special attire without a kimono, requiring distinct technical approaches. The tournament was held at a high level: athletes showed excellent preparation, competitive spirit, and respect for their opponents. The event took place in Polevskoy, home to SK «Tandem», an official SUMA International (ISUMA) representative.
