Tsunami Martial Arts Center: First Karate-Jutsu Seminar in Pervouralsk

On June 15, 2025, the Tsunami Martial Arts Center (Pervouralsk, official SUMA International / ISUMA representative) hosted its first educational seminar on karate-jutsu technique (the Japanese martial art of karate). The invited instructor was Ruslan Valentinovich Pospeyev — 3rd dan karate-jutsu. The seminar comprised two blocks: 1. striking techniques and entries; 2. the relationship between grappling and striking. Athletes from Sysert, Aramil, Pervouralsk, and Polevskoy took part. Events like this and follow-up seminars help SUMA International federation athletes develop their skills, exchange experience, and strengthen ties between regional clubs.
