Karate-Jutsu Seminar with Sensei Ruslan Pospeev

On January 4, 2025, an educational karate-jutsu technique seminar (the Japanese martial art of karate) was held under the guidance of sensei Ruslan Valentinovich Pospeyev — 3rd dan karate-jutsu. Athletes from SUMA International (ISUMA), the Union of Martial Arts Schools, worked on striking techniques, entries, and the integration of striking with grappling elements. The sessions were held in a friendly, focused atmosphere and provided valuable coaching material for further training. We thank Ruslan Valentinovich and all participants for their productive work!
